Our official Ministry name. Joyous Noise Ministry is the parent of ROWater, ROWinter, Rock On The Ring and Many other events. We are a 100% Not For Profit Organization that survives and is funded by donations from corporations and individuals who want to help us with our mission of sharing the Gospel thru Music.
